Du wirst mit einigen der klügsten Köpfe in diesem Bereich zusammenarbeiten und lernen, KI-fähige, hochmoderne Produkte zu verkaufen.
Wenn du in dieses hochselektive Programm aufgenommen wirst, verbringen du einen großen Teil deiner ersten 6 Monate in einer intensiven Schulung in unserem Hauptsitz in der Nähe von Karlsruhe in Deutschland. Die Trainingsmodule umfassen sowohl von Ausbilder:innen geleitete Lektionen als auch Schulungen vor Ort.
Nach erfolgreichem Abschluss des Vertriebsentwicklungsprogramms wirst du als Gebietsverkaufsingenieur (m/w/d) in einem der regionalen Vertriebsteams eingesetzt. Der endgültige Einsatzort wird auf der Grundlage deiner individuellen Präferenzen und unserer geschäftlichen Anforderungen gemeinsam festgelegt.
Was erwartet dich?
- Du bist für die Erreichung einer festgelegten Verkaufsquote bei bestehenden und potenziellen Kund:innen im festgelegten Gebiet verantwortlich
- Du erreichst aktivitätsbasierte Geschäftsziele, einschließlich Kundenbesuche, Neukundengewinnung und Einführung neuer Produkte
- Du suchst nach neuen Verkaufschancen über Kalt- und Warm-Leads, entwickelst Sales Leads und planst Kundenbesuche vor Ort, mit dem Ziel, einen Kaufauftrag zu erhalten
- Du reist zu den Produktionsstätten der Kund:innen, um unsere Produkte zu demonstrieren, Anwendungen und Probleme zu prüfen und Lösungen anzubieten
- Du erfasst Wettbewerbsdaten, aktualisierst laufend andere Projektdetails im CRM-System und hilfst auf Messen und anderen Marketingveranstaltungen, um qualifizierte Leads zu generieren
- Du generierst Leads für andere Vertriebsteams, indem du Informationen über komplexe Bildverarbeitungsanwendungen der Kund:innen sammelst, die über die Möglichkeiten der zugewiesenen ID- und Vision-Sensor-Produkte hinausgehen

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast einen Hochschulabschluss in Elektrotechnik/Maschinenbau oder Business Administration mit technischem Hintergrund
- Du bist an einer Karriere im technischen Vertrieb interessiert
- Du bist handlungs- und ergebnisorientiert und hast die Fähigkeit, technische Probleme zu lösen und dich in neue Automatisierungstechniken einzuarbeiten
- Du bist in der Lage, selbstständig im Außendienst zu arbeiten und in begrenztem Umfang auch nachts zu reisen
- Du bist bereit, umzuziehen und deine beruflichen Ziele außerhalb der gewohnten Umgebung zu verfolgen
- Du kannst gut zuhören und kommunizieren
- Du verfügst über PC-Kenntnisse und kannst mit MS Windows-Anwendungen umgehen

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
