- Sicherstellung der internen Server nebst der Netzwerk Infrastruktur hinsichtlich Stabilität und Performance im Alltag
- Installation, Konfiguration und Inbetriebnahme der Hard- und Software, sowie der Updates
- Fehleranalyse & Fehlerbeseitigung
- Betreuung der Security Software Umgebung
- Bindeglied zwischen externen Systempartern und Dienstleistern
- IT technische Betreuung der internen Mitarbeiter:innen
- 1st und 2nd Level Support, sowie der Support und die Wartung von Anwendungen und Servern
- Technische Unterstützung bei unseren Webinaren und Schulungen
- Betreuung des Endgerätemanagements (Rollout, Pflege, Dokumentation)

Wir wünschen uns....
- Eine Ausbildung oder ähnliches im IT Bereich mit Erfahrungen im Support
- Kenntnisse in den DATEV Anwendungen
- User-Support, sowie Einrichtung und Betreuung von Windows
- Du hast Spaß am Umgang mit Menschen und zielgerichteter Kommunikation
- Erfahrung im Umgang mit LAN / WLAN Infrastruktur
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse und gute Deutschkenntnisse
- Du kennst dich mit Office 365 und Azure

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
What do I have to consider if German is not my mother tongue?
Please take into account the job’s language requirements and make sure the requirements match your skills.
