Was erwartet Sie?
- Als Architekt des Produkts konzipieren Sie maßgeschneiderte Lösungen und Konzepte zur Präsentation und Umsetzung bei bestehenden und potenziellen Kunden.
- Durchführung der Einführungsphase und Workshops sowohl bei Neukunden als auch bei Vertragsänderungen von Bestandskunden.
- Gemeinsam mit dem Vertrieb kümmern Sie sich um die Marktbeobachtung und positionieren unserer VoIP-Lösung entsprechend.
- Sie agieren als erster Ansprechpartner für Kunden in fachlichen Themen und als Schnittstelle zu internen Abteilungen wie Vertrieb, Auftragsmanagement, Entwicklung und Support und externen Partnern.

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Abgeschlossenes technisches Studium (z.B. im Bereich Informatik / Wirtschaftsinformatik) oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung
- Erfahrung als Consultant, idealerweise in der Telekommunikations-, Infrastruktur- oder IT-Branche
- Fundierte Netzwerk-Kenntnisse, idealerweise in Kombination mit VoIP
- Reisebereitschaft innerhalb Deutschlands
- Exzellente Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, Englischkenntnisse von Vorteil
- Ausgezeichnete Kommunikations- und Präsentationsfähigkeit

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
