What can you expect?
You advance our BD & Sales department with the aim of convincing and acquiring new key customers in the British market.
You coordinate the customer lifecycle management, with a strong emphasis on the consultative approach of Solution Selling, leading up to contract closure.
You support the team in Request for Proposal (RFP) processes and webinar development.
You independently conduct initial discussions, follow-up meetings, and demo calls with potential customers.
You regularly participate in events and gatherings, with the goal of promoting our product and persuading major clients to choose us.

What should you bring along?
You have a deep understanding of the coaching industry within the British market and a passion for coaching, organizational development, and personnel development.
You have strong written and verbal communication skills and a professional and confident demeanor.
You excel at inspiring your team and convincing clients, with strengths in clarity, strategic thinking, and proactivity.
You have a minimum of two years of professional experience in sales (B2B, preferably in SaaS).
You hold at least a bachelor's or master's degree and are fluent in English (written & spoken, at least C2 level), German is a plus.
You have proficiency in using Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
EU work permit mandatory.
At least 1 year of relevant experience

Personal contact is possible via chat as soon as you have been invited for an interview. Before that, you will receive all important status changes by e-mail. If you have any questions, you can contact your personal Candidate Manager:in from Workwise.
I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
Even if you don't meet all the requirements, you can make up for missing knowledge with additional skills. Use the application's questions to address your motivation and show the company why you are still a good fit for the job. If you don't meet many or all of the requirements, the application will not be successful.
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least.
