Was erwartet dich?
- Du steuerst unser QA-Team und entwickelst es weiter
- Du stellst innerhalb deines Resorts reibungslose Prozesse sicher, und entwickelst diese weiter
- Du spielst eine zentrale Rolle in unseren Entwicklungsprozessen und bist das Bindeglied zwischen Entwicklung und Produktmanagement
- Du erstellst Testkonzepte unter Berücksichtigung allgemeiner sowie kundenspezifischer Umgebungen und Anforderungen
- Du setzt geltende Prozesse um und dokumentierst die entsprechenden Abläufe zur Sicherung der Qualität im Entwicklungsprozess sowie in der finalen Software
- Du erstellst, implementierst und verwaltest Testpläne, Testskripte und Testmethoden zur Sicherstellung der Software Spezifikation
- Du optimierst bestehende Automatisierungsmechanismen für Regressions- und Funktionstests und entwickelst diese weiter
- Du unterstützt bei der Weiterentwicklung der agilen Software-Entwicklungsprozesse und betreust die Testumgebungen
- Du erstellst Testberichte, Dokumentationen und Statusberichte für das Produktmanagement und die Produktentwicklung
- Du planst qualitätssichernde Maßnahmen und führst sie eigenständig aus

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du besitzt ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der Informatik, Elektrotechnik, Physik, Mathematik oder eine Ausbildung zum Fachinformatiker (m/w/d)
- Du hast bereits mehrere Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Softwarequalitätssicherung in einer leitenden Funktion gesammelt
- Du besitzt gute Kenntnisse hinsichtlich der Einführung und dem Management von Testverfahren / Testautomatisierung sowie im Umgang mit Testtools (Soap UI, TestComplete, Selenium)
- Du kennst dich im Ticketing- und Bug-Tracking in Jira aus
- Du bringst idealerweise Kenntnisse in Linux und in der Anwendungs- und Desktop-Virtualisierung (z. B. Citrix) mit
- Du kennst die Kriterien für benutzerfreundliche Software und kannst dich gut in Anwender:innen hineinversetzen
- Du zeichnest dich durch zielorientierte, operative und strategische Arbeitsweise aus
- Du kannst dich selbständig in neue Themen einzuarbeiten und Lösungen zu erarbeiten
- Du besitzt sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
