- Mit Deiner fachlichen Expertise trägst Du zur Weiterentwicklung unseres Support-Teams bei
- Du sorgst für reibungslose Support-Prozesse, und entwickelst diese weiter
- Unser Supportaufkommen sowie die Durchlaufzeiten werden von Dir stets im Auge behalten
- Du spielst eine zentrale Rolle in unserem technischen Support-Team und bist das Bindeglied zwischen Kunde und Entwicklung
- Du koordinierst bei Bedarf den Supportprozess zwischen Unicon, Hersteller und Kunde
- Du pflegst eine aktive Kommunikation mit allen Prozessbeteiligten
- Dazu stehst Du insbesondere im engen Austausch mit dem von uns qualifizierten Fachpersonal der Kunden (national/international)
- Du reproduzierst Fehlerquellen im Software- und Hardwarebereich
- Daraus kreierst Du Workflows zum Vermeiden und Abstellen von Fehlern
- Du dokumentierst den Lösungsprozess in unserer Wissensdatenbank
- Du übernimmst eigenverantwortlich Release-Tests für unsere Kunden

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du besitzt eine Ausbildung zum Fachinformatiker (m/w/d) im Bereich Systemintegration und besitzt bereits Erfahrung im Softwaresupport
- Du kannst Dich ohne Probleme in komplexe IT-Szenarien und Zusammenhänge einarbeiten
- Du greifst auf vorhandene Wissensdatenbanken zurück um effizient zu arbeiten
- Du verfügst über Kenntnisse in Netzwerken, Protokollen und idealerweise in Thin Client Devices
- Du bringst idealerweise Erfahrung mit gängigen VDI-Lösungen zur Desktop- und Anwendungs-Virtualisierung wie Citrix mit
- Du kennst Dich in Ticketing- und Bug-Tracking-Systemen wie JIRA aus
- Du bist Dir über Kriterien für benutzerfreundliche Software im Klaren und kannst Dich gut in Anwender hineinversetzen

No, companies can only see the applications they have received.
Can I also contact the company's contact person directly?
Personal contact is possible via chat as soon as you have been invited for an interview. Before that, you will receive all important status changes by e-mail. If you have any questions, you can contact your personal Candidate Manager:in from Workwise.
I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
Even if you don't meet all the requirements, you can make up for missing knowledge with additional skills. Use the application's questions to address your motivation and show the company why you are still a good fit for the job. If you don't meet many or all of the requirements, the application will not be successful.
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
