Als Senior Backend Entwickler (m/w/d) liebst du die Architektur hinter den Kulissen und entwickelst Applikationen in einer Microservice-Umgebung mithilfe von aktuellen Technologien.

Was erwartet dich?
- Du bist aktiv an der Entwicklung von neuen Features / Softwarelösungen in unseren Marketingportalen beteiligt
- Du übernimmst die Code Ownership für dein eigenes Projekt, wirst Experte auf deinem Gebiet und gestaltest die Software aktiv mit
- Du arbeitest im engen Austausch mit deinem Team, bestehend aus Frontend und Backend Entwicklern, Product Ownern sowie Produktmanagern (m/w/d)
- Du analysierst und realisierst Modifikationen unserer Marketingplattformen und kümmerst dich um deren Wartung und Weiterentwicklung
- Du arbeitest in mehrwöchigen Projektphasen gemeinsam mit deinem Team an eurem aktuellen Projekt und in kurzen Kanban-Phasen
- Du entwickelst innovative Themen in unseren Communities und stehst bei deiner persönlichen Entwicklung nicht still
- Du mentorst zudem deine Kolleg:innen, um das allgemeine Kompetenzniveau zu erhöhen

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du verfügst über mind. 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Java Entwicklung
- Du verfügst über ausgezeichnete Kenntnisse in Java, Spring und MongoDB
- Du setzt dich im täglichen Doing aktiv ein und hast sehr gute Kenntnisse in der Entwicklung von REST-APIs
- Du hast Erfahrung sowie aktive Anwendungseinsätze mit Container-Technologien (Docker, Kubernetes) und Performance-Tools (ElasticSearc, Redis)
- Du arbeitest selbstständig, leistungsbereit, kommunikativ und teamfähig und hast einen strukturierten, pragmatischen und lösungsorientierten Arbeitsstil und du bist ein aktiver Kommunikator (m/w/d) zu anderen Teammitglieder und Nachwuchskräften (Sparrings-Partner und Mentor (m/w/d))
- Du hast Erfahrungen zu Testmethoden für den Backend Bereich
- Du liebst die Architektur hinter den Kulissen und entwickelst Applikationen in einer Microservice-Umgebung mithilfe von aktuellen Technologien
- Du zeichnest dich durch deine sorgfältige, strukturierte und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise aus und bist stets bestrebt, bestmögliche Lösungsansätze zu finden
- Du verfügst über gute Sprachkenntnisse in Deutsch und Englisch (mindestens B2-Niveau)

In your application overview you have an overview of the application progress at any time. Additionally, we send you emails about the most important status changes.
Can I send several applications at once?

No, companies can only see the applications they have received.
Can I also contact the company's contact person directly?
Personal contact is possible via chat as soon as you have been invited for an interview. Before that, you will receive all important status changes by e-mail. If you have any questions, you can contact your personal Candidate Manager:in from Workwise.
I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
Even if you don't meet all the requirements, you can make up for missing knowledge with additional skills. Use the application's questions to address your motivation and show the company why you are still a good fit for the job. If you don't meet many or all of the requirements, the application will not be successful.
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
