Was erwartet dich?
- Du übernimmst die fachliche Führung deiner Kolonne auf unseren Baustellen im Straßenbau und sorgst für einen reibungslosen und sicheren Ablauf.
- Als erste Ansprechperson für dein Team stehst du in engem Austausch mit der Bauleitung, berichtest über den Baufortschritt und klärst technische Details.
- Du planst vorausschauend den Einsatz von Personal, Geräten sowie Material und stellst sicher, dass alles zur richtigen Zeit am richtigen Ort ist.
- Du verantwortest die Einhaltung der Qualitätsstandards sowie der Vorschriften zur Arbeitssicherheit und führst dazu regelmäßige Kontrollen auf der Baustelle durch.
- In Abstimmung mit der Bauleitung übernimmst du bei Bedarf die Vertretung des Poliers und treffen eigenständig Entscheidungen vor Ort.

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Baugewerbe (z. B. als Straßenbauer oder Tiefbaufacharbeiter m/w/d) und bringst mindestens ein Jahr Berufserfahrung mit.
- Idealerweise hast du bereits eine Weiterbildung zum Vorarbeiter (m/w/d) abgeschlossen.
- Mit deiner selbstständigen und teamorientierten Arbeitsweise führst du deine Kolonne zum Erfolg und behältst die Ergebnisse im Blick.
- Du besitzt einen gültigen Führerschein, um auf den Baustellen mobil zu sein.
- Für die reibungslose Kommunikation im Team und mit der Bauleitung sprichst und schreibst du Deutsch auf C1-Niveau.

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least.
