Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie tragen Umsatz- und Absatzverantwortung, berichten die Ergebnisse direkt an die Geschäftsleitung (m/w/d) und mit Ihrer fachlichen Kompetenz und Ihrem hohen Engagement sorgen Sie für eine konsequente Ausschöpfung des Marktpotenzials und die Umsetzung der Unternehmensziele
- Sie beobachten die Entwicklungen am Markt, nutzen die Möglichkeiten zum Ausbau unserer Marktposition und tragen zur Konzeption und Umsetzung neuer Produktideen und Vermarktungskonzepte bei
- Sie betreuen das Verkaufsgebiet der Tierernährung national und international und pflegen und bauen bestehende Geschäftsbeziehungen aus
- Sie akquirieren neue Kund:innen und Projekte und entwickeln Konzepte und Lösungen für unsere Kund:innen
- Sie unterstützen bei der Produktentwicklung

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie verfügen über Berufserfahrung im Bereich Produktmanagement oder Vertrieb
- Sie haben idealerweise ein abgeschlossenes Studium der Agrarwissenschaften oder Veterinärmedizin mit Schwerpunkt Tierernährung oder eine gleichwertige Qualifikation, vorzugsweise mit Berufserfahrung
- Sie besitzen eine hohe Kommunikations- und Kontaktstärke sowie ein selbstsicheres und dynamisches Auftreten
- Sie sind hoch motiviert und haben die Eigeninitiative neue Projekte oder Produktentwicklungen zu initiieren und aktiv an deren Umsetzung mitzuwirken
- Sie arbeiten strukturiert und selbstständig, mit hohem Qualitätsanspruch und sind bereit, weltweit zu reisen
- Sie verfügen über sehr gute Deutsch- (C1+) und Englischkenntnisse (B2+) sowie sehr gute EDV-Kenntnisse der gängigen MS-Office-Produkte

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
Even if you don't meet all the requirements, you can make up for missing knowledge with additional skills. Use the application's questions to address your motivation and show the company why you are still a good fit for the job. If you don't meet many or all of the requirements, the application will not be successful.
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
