Ab sofort suchen wir für unser Team einen Senior UX/UI Designer (m/w/d) in Voll- oder Teilzeit an unserem Standort im Herzen Münchens, in Berlin oder full remote.
DEINE AUFGABEN - HIERFÜR BRENNST DU:
- Du entwirfst Wireframes, Mock-ups und interaktive Prototypen und freust Dich darauf, dass das Resultat von Millionen von Nutzern verwendet wird
- Du liebst die konzeptionelle und visuelle Erarbeitung innovativer und userfreundlicher state-of-the-art Online-Produktfeatures für unsere Shops
- Du brennst dafür, Dein Produkt langfristig zu gestalten und kontinuierlich weiterzuentwickeln
- Im Umgang mit Adobe XD, Figma, Sketch, Jira & Co. bist Du absolut sicher und hast außerdem Spaß daran, neue Tools auszuprobieren
- Du bewertest geschickt die Umsetzbarkeit und den Aufwand neuer Ideen mit Deinem technischen Verständnis
- Du arbeitest Hand in Hand mit unserem Entwicklungsteam zusammen, um intuitive Lösungen zu entwickeln und die bestmögliche Benutzererfahrung zu schaffen
- Von der Konzeption bis zur Umsetzung wirst Du an jedem Schritt des Designprozesses beteiligt sein und dazu beitragen, unsere Produkte noch besser und benutzerfreundlicher zu machen

DAS BRINGST DU MIT:
- Du hast Dein Studium oder Deine Ausbildung in einem relevanten Bereich erfolgreich abgeschlossen
- Du bringst mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung im UX/UI-Design mit
- Idealerweise hast Du schon erste Erfahrungen im Bereich E-Commerce gesammelt und Dein Fokus liegt auf digitalen Produkten
- Du beherrschst Adobe XD, Figma, Sketch, Jira & Co. sicher und bist stets offen, neue Tools auszuprobieren
- Dein konzeptionelles Denken zeichnet Dich aus
- Du hast eine Leidenschaft für gutes Design und eine erstklassige User Experience
- In einem dynamischen Umfeld punktest Du mit Deiner kommunikativen und teamorientierten Art, die eine schnelle und konstruktive Abstimmung mit verschiedenen Stakeholdern ermöglicht
- Du besitzt sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (min. C1-Niveau)

Can I also contact the company's contact person directly?
Personal contact is possible via chat as soon as you have been invited for an interview. Before that, you will receive all important status changes by e-mail. If you have any questions, you can contact your personal Candidate Manager:in from Workwise.
I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
Even if you don't meet all the requirements, you can make up for missing knowledge with additional skills. Use the application's questions to address your motivation and show the company why you are still a good fit for the job. If you don't meet many or all of the requirements, the application will not be successful.
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.

Please take into account the job’s language requirements and make sure the requirements match your skills.
