Bauingenieur-Architekt für Umspannwerke nach LBO (m/w/d)
Was erwartet dich?
- Du realisierst und koordinierst den Hoch- / Tiefbau im Rahmen von Baumaßnahmen im Bereich von Umspannwerken
- Du erstellst Ausschreibungsunterlagen für Nachunternehmer, bewertest die Angebote und begleitest den Vergabeprozess bis zur Beauftragung
- Du überwachst den Bau unter Berücksichtigung von Zeit, Kosten und Qualität und koordinierst externe Firmen und leitest sie in Hinblick auf Umsetzung der Pläne und Vorgaben an
- Du unterstützt die Bauleitung bei der Baustellenüberwachung und kontrollierst parallel mehrere Baustellen und arbeitest eng mit der Bauplanung, Bauleitung und der Projektabwicklung zusammen
- Du dokumentierst die Ausführung für die Revision in Zusammenarbeit mit der Bauplanung und bereitest die Unterlagen für das Claim Management der Projektleiter baustellenseitig auf

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium als Bauingenieur, Architektur oder alternativ eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als staatlich geprüfter Techniker (m/w/d) der Fachrichtung Bau
- Du hast idealerweise Erfahrung als Bauleiter (m/w/d) vorzugsweise im Bereich Tief- oder Wasserbau und verfügst über gute EDV-(MS-Office) und evtl. CAD-Kenntnisse
- Du hast einen Führerschein der Klasse B und bist reisebereit
- Du hast sehr gute bautechnische und elektrotechnische (wünschenswert) Kenntnisse und ein ausgeprägtes technisches Interesse
- Du verfügst über verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse von C2

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
