Was erwartet dich?
- Du bist verantwortlich für die Leitung des gesamten Recruitingprozesses, wobei du die verschiedenen Fachbereiche unterstützt, um passgenaue Anforderungsprofile zu erstellen
- Du initiierst das Recruiting und findest potenzielle Kandidat:innen über diverse Kanäle, dabei bringst du innovative Ideen und Expertise in der Personalbeschaffung ein und arbeitest eng mit den Verantwortlichen für Employer Branding zusammen
- Du behältst stets die möglichen Zielgruppen für die breite Palette an Positionen im Unternehmen im Blick und legst großen Wert auf eine optimale Candidate Journey
- Du trägst die Werte und die Kultur des Unternehmens während des gesamten Bewerbungsprozesses und unterstützt aktiv die Weiterentwicklung der Arbeitgebermarke
- Du arbeitest eng mit den Geschäftsleitung zusammen, um die nächsten Schritte wie beispielsweise das Onboarding oder weitere Auswahlrunden optimal zu koordinieren und durchzuführen

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
Even if you don't meet all the requirements, you can make up for missing knowledge with additional skills. What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
