- Kaltakquise? Nicht bei uns - unsere Kunden suchen nach einer passenden Lösung! Stelle das metergrid Portfolio dem Kunden vor und skizziere eine erste technische und kommerzielle Lösung.
- Arbeite eng mit Kunden zusammen, um ihre Anforderungen zu verstehen und maßgeschneiderte Lösungen zur Energielieferung zu entwickeln.
- Präsentiere überzeugende Umsetzungskonzepte und nutze deine fundierten technischen Kenntnisse im Bereich Energiewirtschaft, um mit dem Kunden optimale Lösungen zu erarbeiten.
- Leite Neuprojekte von der Konzeption bis zur Umsetzung und stelle sicher, dass alle Anforderungen abgestimmt sind.
- Baue langfristige Kundenbeziehungen auf, indem du kontinuierlich Mehrwert durch deine Beratungsdienstleistungen bietest.
- Höre aktiv auf Kundenfeedback, um die Zufriedenheit und den Erfolg unserer Kunden sicherzustellen.

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Energiewirtschaft, Ingenieurwissenschaften, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder vergleichbare Qualifikation.
- Du bringst nachgewiesene Erfahrung in der Entwicklung und Umsetzung von technischen und betriebswirtschaftlichen Lösungen mit.
- Idealerweise konntest du bereits erste Erfahrungen in der dynamischen Welt der Energiewirtschaft sammeln.
- Deine ausgeprägten Fähigkeiten in der Kundenberatung zeichnen dich aus.
- Du besitzt ein starkes technisches Verständnis und die Fähigkeit, technische Konzepte klar und verständlich zu kommunizieren.
- Erfolge im Vertrieb oder in der Beratung von komplexen Produkten sind für dich keine Fremdwörter.
- Du blühst auf, wenn du mit anderen zusammenarbeitest, und schätzt die Herausforderung, gemeinsam voranzukommen und voneinander zu lernen.

In your application overview you have an overview of the application progress at any time. Additionally, we send you emails about the most important status changes.

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
Even if you don't meet all the requirements, you can make up for missing knowledge with additional skills. Use the application's questions to address your motivation and show the company why you are still a good fit for the job. If you don't meet many or all of the requirements, the application will not be successful.
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.

Please take into account the job’s language requirements and make sure the requirements match your skills.
