- Neuausrichtung der Organisation innerhalb von Bundes-/ Landesverwaltungen und Kommunen
- Erstellung von Low Code Readiness Assessments inkl. Machbarkeitsanalyse und Kosten-Nutzen-Relation, etc.
- Anforderungsanalyse inkl.
- Stärken-/Schwächenanalyse verschiedener LCPs hinsichtlich Funktionen und Integration
- IT-Architekturmanagement inkl. Systemintegration
- Wirtschaftlichkeitsbetrachtung im Betrieb mehrerer Plattformen etc. - Strategieberatung inkl.
- Unternehmensstrategie/Roadmap/Vision
- IT-Infrastruktur und –Architektur, Anwendungslandschaft
- Geschäftsprozesse
- Konzeptionserstellung
- Personalbedarfs-/-einsatzplanung (Anwendungs- und Projektpersonal)
- Coaching der eingesetzten Personen (Citizen Developer+/Projektleiter etc.) - Programm- und Projektmanagement von Low-Code-Vorhaben bei Bundes-/Landesverwaltungen und Kommunen
- Wahrnehmung von Low-Code-Projektaufgaben bei unseren Kunden
- Pflege und Betreuung der Kundenbeziehungen

Ihr Profil:
- Mind. 3 Jahre Erfahrung im Bereich Low Code Plattformen (z.B. INTREXX, A12, etc.) und Prozessteuerung
- Abgeschlossenes Fach-/Hochschulstudium zum Bachelor, Dipl.-Ing. oder Master im Bereich Wirtschaftsinformatik oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Kenntnisse im Geschäftsprozessmanagement und in der IT-Architektur (Softwarearchitektur)
- Erfahrung im Umgang mit Datenbanken und in der Entwicklung von Schnittstellen wünschenswert
- Hohes Qualitätsbewusstsein ergänzt durch strukturierte, eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise
- Gute Auffassungsgabe und Fähigkeit sich in komplexe Betriebsabläufe einzuarbeiten
- Deutsch in Wort und Schrift mind. auf C1-Niveau
- Projektbezogene bundesweite Einsatzbereitschaft

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
Even if you don't meet all the requirements, you can make up for missing knowledge with additional skills. Use the application's questions to address your motivation and show the company why you are still a good fit for the job. If you don't meet many or all of the requirements, the application will not be successful.
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
