Referent Konzernrechnungswesen - Bilanzbuchhaltung / Controlling (w/m/d)
Was erwartet dich?
- Du unterstützt bei der Konzeption und Implementierung sowie Erstellung eines Konzernabschlusses nach HGB und führst eine enge Zusammenarbeit mit den Gesellschaften im Hinblick auf das Reporting und Bilanzierungsthemen
- Du verantwortest die Organisation und Koordination des konzernweiten Reportings bezüglich Monats- und Jahresabschluss sowie die Erstellung des dazugehörigen Managements Reporting
- Du übernimmst die Leitung von Projekten zur Weiterentwicklung der Konsolidierung und zu weiteren Themen im weltweiten Finanz- und Rechnungswesen und arbeitest an diesen mit
- Du trägst die Verantwortung für die konzernweite Intercompany Abstimmung sowie für die Auswahl und Implementierung einer Konsolidierungssoftware
- Du entwickelst eine Konzernbilanzierungsrichtlinie und bist eine kompetente Ansprechperson für die Konzerngesellschaften, die Wirtschaftsprüfer (m/w/d) und das Management
- Du wirkst bei der Eingliederung neuer Konzerngesellschaften in den Konzernverbund mit und unterstützt bei Überwachung und Dokumentation der Verrechnungspreise

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine erfolgreich abgeschlossenes wirtschaftswissenschaftliches Studium mit Schwerpunkt Rechnungswesen oder internationaler Bilanzbuchhalter (m/w/d) und bringt mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Konzernrechnungswesen eines international tätigen Konzerns mit
- Du bist sicher im Umgang mit MS Office, mit Bilanzen nach HGB und konntest idealerweise Kenntnisse in einer Konsolidierungssoftware sammeln
- Du zeigst ausgeprägte konzeptionelle und analytische Fähigkeiten, strukturierte und selbständige Arbeitsweise, Teamfähigkeit sowie Genauigkeit und Termintreue
- Du verfügst über gute Englischkenntnisse und sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
