Frontend Developer im Bereich eCommerce (m/w/d)
Nirgendwo sind die Anforderungen an das Frontend so hart wie im E-Commerce. Und nirgendwo ist so unmittelbar erkennbar, ob eine Lösung wirklich gut ist. Und trotzdem sind viele Commerce-Frontends einfach nur lahm. Das möchten wir ändern – deshalb suchen wir Missionar:innen, die Frontends mit Sinn, Verstand … und Gefühl entwickeln.
Und warum wir? Weil wir es geschafft haben, dass sich der Job hier nicht wie arbeiten anfühlt, sondern wie ein Hobby. Wir entwickeln in interdisziplinären Scrum Teams von 8-10 Kollegen. Alles, was wir tun, ist Teamleistung. Was wir uns für einen Sprint vornehmen, commiten wir selbst. Und auch, wie wir es umsetzen. Die Software, die wir ausliefern, hat Top-Niveau, das ist unser eigener Anspruch. Und sie muss besser werden, mit jedem Release ein kleines bisschen. Daran tüfteln wir täglich. Wenn du etwas davon in deinem aktuellen Job vermisst, lass uns einfach mal quatschen. Quatschen kostet ja nichts :)
Das sind deine Aufgaben
- Du visualisiert digitale Prozesse in erstklassigen Webapplikationen
- Du schaffst eine eindrucksvolle, aber klare User Experience
- Du setzt die definierten Frontend-Anforderungen im Next.js, Nuxt oder Twig Umfeld um
- Aber auch: Du bist ein Teil des Definitionsprozesses eben dieser Frontend-Anforderungen
- Du optimierst elementare KPIs wie Core Web Vitals und Co.
- Du kommunizierst mit den anderen Disziplinen deines Teams wie bspw. den Backend-Entwicklern

Das bringst du idealerweise mit
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Basis Frontend Technologien (HTML, CSS, Vanilla JavaScript, CSS-Präprozessoren)
- Gute Skills in JS Frameworks wie Vue.js oder React und/oder Twig
- Gute Kenntnisse in Bootstrap, Tailwind CSS
- Erfahrungen umsetzungsorientierten Designtools wie Figma

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
Even if you don't meet all the requirements, you can make up for missing knowledge with additional skills. Use the application's questions to address your motivation and show the company why you are still a good fit for the job. If you don't meet many or all of the requirements, the application will not be successful.
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
