Na klar, du bist technisch on Track und kennst dich aus – alle reißen sich um dich und fast täglich klopft ein Headhunter bei Xing an. Du hast schon einen guten Job, sonst würdest du einfach wechseln. Und Xing interessiert dich auch gar nicht mehr. Eventuell lohnt es sich trotzdem mal mit uns zu sprechen?
Wir haben es geschafft, dass sich ein Job hier nicht wie arbeiten anfühlt, sondern wie ein Hobby. Unser Hobby im Consulting ist es beispielsweise, Kunden zu helfen, den richtigen Bedarf zu identifizieren und dann die benötigten technischen Lösungen zu erschaffen bzw. zu skizzieren. Daran tüfteln wir täglich und haben den Anspruch, auch jeden Tag besser zu werden. Wenn du diese Leidenschaft teilst, dann ergibt es ja eventuell doch Sinn, wenn wir einmal quatschen. Quatschen kostet ja nix :-)
Was erwartet dich?
- Du arbeitest eng mit Kund:innen und anderen Consultants zusammen, um die Anforderungen und Bedürfnisse der Kundschaft zu verstehen
- Du entwirfst technische Lösungen, die die Bedürfnisse der Kundeschaft erfüllen, und integrierst verschiedene Technologien, Plattformen und Dienste
- Du berätst Kund:innen bei technischen Fragen und hilfst ihnen dabei, die beste Lösung für ihre spezifischen Bedürfnisse zu finden
- Du unterstützt das Umsetzungs-Team bei der Implementierung der entwickelten Lösungen, damit die Lösung reibungslos in die bestehende IT-Infrastruktur des Kunden passt

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du kennst dich in der digitalen Welt aus und bist insbesondere im E-Commerce mit den gängigen Technologien und Systemen vertraut
- Du bist in der Lage, komplexe technische Probleme zu analysieren und effektive Lösungen zu entwickeln - Dies erfordert kritisches Denken und die Fähigkeit, verschiedene Optionen zu bewerten
- Du redest gerne mit anderen Menschen und siehst dich auch in der Lage technisch komplexe Themen auf »kundisch« zu übersetzen
- Du bist flexibel und anpassungsfähig, um Anforderungen von Kund:innen und Projekten zu erfüllen, nicht umsonst findet man bei uns im Alltag immer mal wieder das eine oder andere Chamäleon ;)
- Du bist selbstmotiviert und lernbereit, um auf dem neuesten Stand der Technologie zu bleiben

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
Even if you don't meet all the requirements, you can make up for missing knowledge with additional skills. Use the application's questions to address your motivation and show the company why you are still a good fit for the job. If you don't meet many or all of the requirements, the application will not be successful.
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
