Was erwartet dich?
- Du betreust eigenverantwortlich deinen zugeordneten Lieferantenstamm für den Warenbereich Installation
- Du führst die Jahres- und Halbjahresgespräche und verhandelst Lieferantenkonditionen wie Einkaufspreise, Boni und Lieferbedingungen
- Du entwickelst Konzepte zu Einkaufs-, Sortiments-, Vertriebs- und Marketingmaßnahmen und verantwortest die operative Umsetzung der vereinbarten Ziele bei unseren Lieferanten und Mitgliedern
- Du betreust unsere Mitglieder im Bereich Installation, berätst diese zu aktuellen Themen und Markttrends und planst Schulungs- und Qualifizierungsmaßnahmen für unsere Mitglieder und führen diese durch, virtuell und vor Ort
- Du arbeitest aktiv an unserer Handelsmarkenstrategie mit, bringst Ideen und Konzepte ein und unterstützt die Markteinführung

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Berufsausbildung z.B. im Bereich Groß- und Außenhandelsmanagement oder bist staatlich geprüfter Techniker oder Meister (m/w/d) im SHK Handwerk
- Du konntest bereits mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Großhandel sammeln, vorzugsweise im Einkauf oder im Lieferanten- und Produktmanagement
- Du besitzt gute Produktkenntnisse im Warenbereich Installation oder Heizung und arbeitest gerne und versiert mit MS-Office-Anwendungen sowie mit SAP
- Du zeichnest dich durch ein sehr gutes Verhandlungsgeschick, Durchsetzungsvermögen und sicheres, authentisches Auftreten aus
- Du hast ein hohes Kostenbewusstsein, bringst eine hohe Problemlösekompetenz, Zuverlässigkeit, hohe Teamfähigkeit und eine gelegentliche Reisebereitschaft mit
- Du verfügst über fließende Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

If you don't meet many or all of the requirements, the application will not be successful.
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
