Was erwartet dich?
- Du evaluierst Anforderungen an die technische als auch an die Anwender- und Prozess-Dokumentation im Softwareentwicklungsprozess unseres Unternehmens
- Du definierst die Anforderungen des neuen Dokumentationsprozesses mit dem Ziel einer teilautomatisierten Dokumentation und deren Integration im Anforderungsmanagement einer agilen Arbeitsweise sowie in der bestehenden bzw. künftigen Tooling- und Systemlandschaft
- Du evaluierst moderne und zukunftsweisende Tools und Plattformen für Dokumentationen im Softwareentwicklungsprozess (Redaktionssysteme)
- Du vergleichst und erstellst eine Machbarkeitsstudie sowie Auswahl des Tools / der Plattform im Kontext der Softwareentwicklung bei unserem Unternehmen
- Du definierst, baust auf und implementierst den neuen Dokumentationsprozess
- Du übernimmst den aktuellen Dokumentationsprozess bei unserem Unternehmen in Deine Federführung und führst die in den Produktentwicklungsteams generierten Dokumentationen zusammen
- Du stellst internen und externen Stakeholdern die Informationen Zielgruppen-konform in time zur Verfügung und fungierst als Schnittstelle zwischen den Produktentwicklungsteams, Produkt- und Projektmanagement
- Du trägst die Verantwortung für die kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung des Dokumentationsprozesses und unterstützt die Produktentwicklungsteams bei der Erstellung der je Release relevanten Dokumentationen
- Du übernimmst hauptverantwortlich die Aufgabe als Technischer Redakteur (m/w/d) in unserem Team

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse auf C1-Niveau sind erforderlich (Applicants must be fluent in German language C1)
Du hast eine gültige EU Arbeitserlaubnis (You have a valid EU work permit) - Du hast praktische und tiefgreifende Erfahrungen im Bereich: Technische Redaktion / Software-Dokumentation
- Du verfügst über Erfahrungen (Professional oder Senior) als Technischer Redakteur (m/w/d) in der Softwareentwicklung von B2B-Software sowie über Erfahrungen mit Redaktionssystemen, hast vielleicht sogar die Einführung eines solchen begleitet oder gar verantwortet
- Du hast energiewirtschaftliche Kenntnisse bzw. Erfahrung in einem Software-Unternehmen, welches energiewirtschaftliche Software entwickelt
- Du bringst eine gewisse technische Affinität sowie Kommunikationsfähigkeit, schriftliches Ausdrucksvermögen und gute zwischenmenschliche Kommunikation und Kooperationsfähigkeit mit
- Du zeichnest Dich durch eine strukturierte Denkweise sowie Organisationstalent aus

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least.
