Your Responsibilities

  • You will be the Back Office Communication Interface, creating reports, PowerPoint presentations, optimizing processes, managing and driving internal projects, and working closely with management. As a linchpin, you will keep the threads together in the background
  • You will support us in Digitalization & Innovation. Our systems must not only run but also evolve. Therefore, you will also support us in operating and further developing our SharePoint Online platform, creating and optimizing our dashboards. Knowledge of Jira and Confluence is preferred
  • You will be involved in Internal Recruiting, having an overview of the recruiting channels, supporting in selecting suitable candidates, conducting initial interviews with applicants, and coordinating applicant management
  • You will manage Stakeholders. Since we also operate internationally, ensuring the flow of information within the group is important. You will ensure that the right stakeholders come together, prepare information as needed, and drive processes and issues internally
  • You will provide support in Contract management and Reporting & Documentation. This includes support in tender management, in the preparation of our offers, as well as contract documents, and creating accurate and meaningful reports and evaluations
  • You will be involved in Process optimization. As a growing company, we are always interested in improving and expanding our knowledge. Through your diverse tasks, you will have insight into our most important processes and the opportunity to improve them so we can work more efficiently

  • You have completed commercial training or a degree in business administration and have practical experience in a similar job
  • You have excellent knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and, ideally Dynamics365
  • You have sound knowledge of SharePoint Online
  • You have a good understanding of digital solutions and technologies
  • You have excellent organizational skills and the ability to work on multiple tasks in parallel
  • You have an analytical mindset and problem-solving skills
  • You have strong communication skills at all levels - management, customers, and colleagues
  • You have excellent written and spoken German and English skills

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?

Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
