Das übernehmen Sie:
- Planung von Bauwerken im Hoch- und Industriebau in den Leistungsphasen 1–5 (HOAI)
- Erstellung von Entwurfs-, Genehmigungs- und Ausführungsplänen mittels CAD
- Koordination mit Fachplanern, Behörden und weiteren Projektbeteiligten
- Durchführung von Standortanalysen sowie städtebaulichen und architektonischen Konzeptstudien
- Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von baurechtlichen Vorgaben, Normen und Nachhaltigkeitsstandards
- Möglichkeit zur Weiterentwicklung im Bereich BIM und digitaler Planungsmethoden

Damit überzeugen Sie:
- Abgeschlossenes Studium der Architektur oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Mindestens 2 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Planung und normgerechten Ausführung von Hoch- und Industriebauten nach DIN und Eurocode
- Gute Kenntnisse in der Objektplanung LPH 1-5 HOAI
- Sichere Praxis in der Anwendung gängiger CAD-Programme
- Erfahrung mit Autodesk Revit und BIM-Methodik wünschenswert, aber keine Voraussetzung
- Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Teamfähigkeit, Kommunikationsstärke und strukturierte Arbeitsweise

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least.
