Was erwartet dich?
- Eigenverantwortliche Leitung eines Geschäftsbereichs unter technischen und wirtschaftlichen Gesichtspunkten
- Planung und Steuerung einer reibungslosen Produktion in Anlehnung an Stückzahl-/Umsatzzielen
- Fachliche und disziplinarische Führung der Produktionsmitarbeiter
- Erstellen von Kalkulationen, Angeboten und Erfassung von Aufträgen mit Unterstützung eines Serviceteams
- Kontakt zu nationalen und internationalen Kunden und Lieferanten
- Bedarfsbezogene Beschaffung
- Entwicklung und Optimierung von Prozessen und Produkten

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung zum Industriemechaniker, Maschinenbautechniker/-meister oder ähnliche Qualifikation
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im metallverarbeitenden Gewerbe
- Gutes Verständnis für technische und kaufmännische Zusammenhänge
- Lösungs- und zielorientierte Arbeitsweise sowie eine hohe Kundenorientierung
- Führungserfahrung
- Ein souveränes Auftreten, hohes Verantwortungsbewusstsein, Teamfähigkeit und Hands-on Mentalität
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse
- Gute MS-Office Kenntnisse sowie Erfahrung mit ERP-Systemen, vorzugsweise Microsoft Business Central
- sehr gute Kenntnisse im Umgang mit Excel
- Verständnis und Erfahrung im Lean-Management
