In Ihrer Rolle als Key-Account-Manager (m/w/d) unterstützen Sie unsere Kund:innen im Außendienst im Gebiet Nordrhein-Westfalen vor Ort, den Rest Ihrer Arbeit können Sie im Home Office erledigen.
Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie betreuen unsere Bestands- und potenziellen Neukunden im Gebiet Nordrhein-Westfalen
- Sie führen nach einer ausführlichen Einarbeitungsphase technische Beratungsgespräche durch, falls der Kunde wünscht auch gerne vor Ort oder via Telefon, Webkonferenzen oder auf Messen
- Sie entwickeln, gemeinsam mit der Vertriebsleitung, Strategien für den Auf- und Ausbau Ihres Gebietes und setzen diese erfolgreich um
- Sie begleiten Ihre Projekte vom ersten Kundenkontakt bis zur Auslieferung

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie haben ein abgeschlossenes Studium im Maschinenbau oder Verfahrenstechnik oder eine Weiterbildung zum staatlich geprüften Maschinenbautechniker (m/w/d) oder ein vergleichbares Studium
- Sie konnten bereits erste Berufserfahrung im Maschinenbau, idealerweise im Sondermaschinenbau, sowie Kenntnisse in der Verfahrenstechnik sammeln
- Sie zeichnen sich durch eine dynamische, proaktive, begeisternde Vertriebsorientierung aus und sind gerne vor Ort beim Kunden
- Sie brennen für die Verfahrenstechnik, arbeiten strukturiert, sind verantwortungsbewusst und zeigen Eigeninitiative
- Sie verfügen über fließende Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sowie Reisebereitschaft

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
Even if you don't meet all the requirements, you can make up for missing knowledge with additional skills. Use the application's questions to address your motivation and show the company why you are still a good fit for the job. If you don't meet many or all of the requirements, the application will not be successful.
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
