Servicetechniker für Schutzgeräte und Generatorsteuerungen (m/w/d)
Was erwartet dich?
- Du führst eigenverantwortlich Inbetriebnahmen und Serviceeinsätze für unsere hauseigenen Produkte durch
- Du bist verantwortlich für Wartung, Fehlersuche und Fehlerbehebung von Generatorsteuerungen und Schutzrelais
- Du bist zuständig für die Parametrierung von Schutzgeräten für Stromversorgungsnetze, vor allem für unser Eigenprodukt SYMAP®
- Du führst Schutzprüfungen mittels OMICRON Prüfeinrichtungen durch und bearbeitest Supportanfragen über unser Ticketsystem

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine Ausbildung im Bereich Elektro-, Automatisierungs- oder Energietechnik, bist also z.B. Elektroniker (m/w/d), Mechatroniker (m/w/d), Elektrotechniker (m/w/d), Techniker (m/w/d), Energietechniker (m/w/d), Elektroingenieur (m/w/d), Automatisierungstechniker (m/w/d), Elektromeister (m/w/d) oder Elektrotechnikermeister (m/w/d)
- Du bist reisebereit, auch in die entlegenen Ecken dieser Welt und hast einen Führerschein Klasse B
- Du hast eventuell eine Fortbildung zum Meister oder Techniker oder ein entsprechendes Studium absolviert
- Du beherrschst Englisch und Deutsch gut in Wort und Schrift, um weltweit mit unseren Kund:innen und Partnern kommunizieren zu können
- Du behältst auch in stressigen Situationen den Überblick, arbeitest auch mal, wenn andere im Wochenende sind und hast den Ehrgeiz, Fehler zu finden und zu beheben. Dabei gehst Du strukturiert und analytisch vor und trittst unseren Kund:innen gegenüber empathisch, seriös und sicher auf

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
Even if you don't meet all the requirements, you can make up for missing knowledge with additional skills. Use the application's questions to address your motivation and show the company why you are still a good fit for the job. If you don't meet many or all of the requirements, the application will not be successful.
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
What do I have to consider if German is not my mother tongue?
Please take into account the job’s language requirements and make sure the requirements match your skills.
