Als Teil unseres Innendienst-Teams erstellst du Marktvergleiche und Angebote, führst Kundenberatungen durch und bearbeitest Versicherungsverträge. Du arbeitest eigenverantwortlich in einem wertschätzenden und vertrauensvollen Arbeitsklima und benötigst eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung, MS Office Kenntnisse und verhandlungssicheres Deutsch (C2).
Was erwartet Dich?
- Du erstellst Marktvergleiche und individuelle Angebote für unsere Kund:innen
- Du führst professionelle Kundenberatungen im Innendienst (keine Akquise notwendig)
- Du musst keine Außentermine wahrnehmen
- Du bearbeitest Bestands- und Neukundenverträge von der Einreichung über die Policierung bis zur laufenden Betreuung
- Du analysierst und beurteilst Risiken von Versicherungsverträgen
- Du arbeitest eigenverantwortlich, in einem wertschätzenden und vertrauensvollen Arbeitsklima

Was solltest Du mitbringen?
- Du besitzt eine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung als Kaufmann/Kauffrau für Versicherungen oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation (wie z.B. Bankkaufmann (m/w/d) oder Versicherungsfachmann (m/w/d))
- Du arbeitest gewissenhaft, kundenorientiert und bist zuverlässig in deiner Arbeitsausführung
- Du verfügst über Microsoft Office Kenntnisse
- Du sprichst verhandlungssicher Deutsch (C2)

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
Even if you don't meet all the requirements, you can make up for missing knowledge with additional skills. Use the application's questions to address your motivation and show the company why you are still a good fit for the job. If you don't meet many or all of the requirements, the application will not be successful.
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
