Was erwartet dich?
- Du bist zuständig für die Vorgangsbetreuung von der Kundenanfrage bis hin zum Auftrag und der intensive Kundenkontakt in der Vorplanungsphase ist für dich selbstverständlich
- Du erstellst dein Basisdesign als Grundlage für das technisch-kommerzielle Angebot inklusive Produktkalkulation, Verkaufspreisbildung sowie Angebotsrevisionen und nimmst an technisch-kaufmännischen Vergabeverhandlungen teil
- Du unterstützt perspektivisch bei dem Aufbau eines Regionalvertriebs und nimmst Marktanalysen vor sowie die Aufnahme von Anforderungen aus dem Markt und deren Umsetzbarkeitsüberprüfung
- Du übernimmst die koordinierende Verantwortung für den Bereich Vertrieb, dabei bist du stellvertretend für die Arbeitseinteilung im Team zuständig und stellst einen optimalen Informationsfluss sicher
- Du übernimmst in Zusammenarbeit mit unserer Vertriebsleitung das Onboarding von zugeteilten Mitarbeiter:innen samt organisatorischer und inhaltlicher Vorbereitung und die Sicherstellung und Weiterentwicklung der Abläufe und Prozesse im Vertrieb

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du bringst ein abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Elektrotechnik oder Wirtschaftsingenieurswesen Fachrichtung Elektrotechnik oder Techniker Fachrichtung Elektrotechnik (m/w/d) mit und idealerweise hast du zusätzlich eine abgeschlossene praktische Berufsausbildung im Bereich der Energietechnik
- Du hast mind. 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Vertrieb oder der Projektierung von elektronischen Anlagen und hast du bereits Erfahrung als Teamleitung gesammelt
- Du zeichnest dich durch deine verantwortungsbewusste, selbstständige und gewissenhafte Arbeitsweise aus und deine Hands-on-Mentalität und lösungsorientierte Herangehensweise erleichtern dir den Arbeitsalltag
- Du rundest dein Profil mit Kontaktfreudigkeit, Teamfähigkeit sowie gutem Verhandlungsgeschick und einem starken Durchsetzungsvermögen ab und
- Du sprichst fließend Deutsch (mind. C1-Niveau) und bringst zudem sehr gute Englischkenntnisse (mind. B2-Niveau) mit
