Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie bearbeiten eigenständig die digitale Finanzbuchhaltung für einen festen Mandantenstamm, insbesondere die Kreditoren- und Debitorenbuchhaltung mit DATEV Unternehmen online.
- Als direkte Ansprechperson beraten Sie unsere Mandant:innen kompetent bei allen buchhalterischen Fragestellungen und unterstützen sie aktiv.
- Sie erstellen aussagekräftige betriebswirtschaftliche Auswertungen (BWAs) und Monatsabschlüsse, die als wichtige Entscheidungsgrundlage für unsere Mandant:innen dienen.
- In enger Abstimmung mit der Lohnbuchhaltung und der Finanzverwaltung sorgen Sie für reibungslose Prozesse und die Einhaltung aller Fristen.

- Sie haben eine Ausbildung als Steuerfachangestellte:r oder Steuerfachwirt:in abgeschlossen und bringen mindestens zwei Jahre Berufserfahrung aus dem Kanzleiumfeld mit.
- In der Kreditoren- und Debitorenbuchhaltung macht Ihnen so schnell niemand etwas vor und Sie arbeiten absolut routiniert und sicher.
- DATEV Unternehmen online ist für Sie tägliches Handwerkszeug und Sie beherrschen die gängigen Anwendungen souverän.
- Ihre sorgfältige und eigenständige Arbeitsweise zeichnet Sie aus und Sie haben Freude daran, für Ihre Mandant:innen die Extrameile zu gehen.
- Für die reibungslose Kommunikation mit Mandant:innen und Behörden sprechen Sie verhandlungssicher Deutsch (C2-Niveau).

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
