- Du bist für die digitale Neukundenakquise bei uns verantwortlich (Datenanalyse, Strategieentwicklung, Umsetzung)
- Du optimierst unsere Performance entlang des Acquisition Funnels: von Awareness bis Action, von Ads bis Sign-Up
- Du setzt routiniert A/B-Tests auf, definierst notwendige KPIs und erstellst entsprechende Reportings. Dabei gelingt es dir, deine Ergebnisse auch außerhalb des eigenen Teams verständlich zu kommunizieren
- Du machst die Neuentwicklungen unseres Product Teams in deinen Kampagnen ebenso wie auf der Webseite/im Blog sichtbar und entwickelst gemeinsam mit unseren Fachexpert:innen Inhalte
- Du hast Freude daran, neue innovative Formate auszuprobieren, um unsere Leads/Kund:innen von der Nutzung neuer Features zu überzeugen

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du bringst mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Bereich Conversion-Optimierung mit. Bevorzugt hast du diese in einem schnell wachsenden Unternehmen gesammelt
- Du nutzt Google Tools (Search Console, Analytics, Ads) mit ebenso großer Sicherheit wie SEO Tools (Ryte, Sistrix) und WordPress und zeichnest dich durch deine Hands-on-Mentalität aus
- Du verfügst über sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Du kombinierst ein Growth Hacking Mindset mit sehr guten analytischen Fähigkeiten
- Du erledigst deine Aufgaben selbstständig, arbeitest aber gern in einem Team
- Du kannst selbst Assets in Canva erstellen? Das ist ein Plus

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
