Regulatory Affairs Manager für Produktentwicklung und Zulassungen (m/w/d)
Was erwartet dich?
- Du unterstützt die Produktentwicklung (Ermittlung und Vorgabe von regulatorischen und normativen Anforderungen, Mitwirkung bei der Erstellung von Validierungs- und Risikomanagementdokumentation, UDI Management, Qualifizierung und Klassifizierung)
- Du prüfst, welche Phasen des Lebenszyklus für Änderungsentwicklungen wiederholt werden müssen
- Du bist verantwortlich für Produktanmeldungen/-änderungen (DIMDI, EUDAMED, GUDID, etc.) sowie die Kommunikation mit Behörden und benannten Stellen
- Du führst die klinische Bewertung (Planung, Aktualisierung unter Zuhilfenahme der jeweiligen Fachabteilung) durch
- Du prüfst die regulatorischen Dokumente von Fremdprodukten (z.B. MDR, Artikel 13(2) und 14(2)) und bist zuständig für die regulatorische Betreuung von Systemen gemäß Art. 22 MDR sowie von Teilen und Komponenten gemäß Art. 23 MDR
- Du verwaltest die Übersicht von internationalen Zulassungen

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast ein naturwissenschaftliches oder technisches Studium erfolgreich abgeschlossen
- Du verfügst über mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich von Produktzulassungen (z.B. MDD, FDA, TGA, Health Canada)
- Du bringst Erfahrungen im Umgang mit der Medical Device Regulation (MDR) sowie der Zertifizierung von Medizinprodukten der Klassen 2a und 2b mit
- Du hast Kenntnisse im Qualitätsmanagement nach ISO 13485
- Du besitzt gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

- Du wirst innerhalb weniger Tage eine Rückmeldung von uns zu deiner Bewerbung erhalten.
- Das Erstgespräch findet via Teams mit der HR-Abteilung statt. Das Gespräch dient dem gegenseitigen Kennenlernen, um zu schauen, ob wir einen Cultural Fit haben. Der fachliche Part wird ebenso eine Rolle spielen.
- Das Zweitgespräch findet bei uns vor Ort mit der Fachabteilung statt. Neben dem Kennenlernen werden hier vertieft fachliche Aspekte besprochen.
- Der letzte Teil des Bewerbungsprozesses ist der Workday. An diesem Tag kommst du für einige Stunden zu uns, lernst die Arbeitsatmosphäre und das Team kennen, und kannst in unsere Arbeitsprozesse schnuppern.

In your application overview you have an overview of the application progress at any time. Additionally, we send you emails about the most important status changes.

Personal contact is possible via chat as soon as you have been invited for an interview. Before that, you will receive all important status changes by e-mail. If you have any questions, you can contact your personal Candidate Manager:in from Workwise.
I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
What do I have to consider if German is not my mother tongue?
Please take into account the job’s language requirements and make sure the requirements match your skills.
