Werkscontroller für Budget- und Investitionsplanung (m/w/d)
Was erwartet dich?
- Du arbeitest bei der Erstellung und Prüfung von Monats-, Quartals und Jahresabschlüssen mit
- Du unterstützt bei der Budget- und Investitionsplanung sowie Durchführung von Forecast
- Du bist verantwortlich für die Weiterentwicklung des Reporting und steuerungsrelevanter Kennzahlen (KPI’s)
- Du führst Deckungsbeitragsrechnungen durch und bist zuständig für das Projektcontrolling
- Du führst die Einführung der Kostenstellen-/Trägerrechnung durch
- Du analysierst und optimierst die Herstellkosten in enger Zusammenarbeit mit der Produktion
- Du bist zuständig für die Kostenkalkulation und -kontrolle einzelner Produktionsschritte sowie die Produktkostenkalkulation für bestehende und neue Produkte
- Du führst Plan- und Abweichungsanalysen sowie Rentabilitätsrechnungen durch

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Wirtschaftsstudium mit Schwerpunkt Controlling/Finanzwesen
- Du verfügst über mehrjährige relevante Berufserfahrung im Controlling-Umfeld
- Du hast theoretische und praktische Kenntnisse zu betriebswirtschaftlichen Themengebieten (z. B. Kosten-, Finanz-, Investitionscontrolling, Planung, Rechnungslegung)
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung in einem produktionsrelevanten Beruf mit Weiterbildung im Bereich Kostenrechnung, idealerweise mit Kenntnissen in REFA und Lean Management
- Du hast Kenntnisse in der Arbeitsvorbereitung bzw. Fertigungssteuerung
- Du verfügst über mehrjährige relevante Berufserfahrung in der Produktion und Kostenerfassung
- Du hast fundierte Kenntnisse in den gängigen MS-Office Anwendungen, insbesondere Excel und sicherer Umgang mit ERP-Systemen / Buchhaltungssoftware, idealerweise Sage
- Du zeichnest dich durch ein hohes Maß an Zuverlässigkeit und Sorgfalt aus
- Du hast Durchsetzungsstärke sowie eine strukturierte, selbständige und ergebnisorientierte Arbeitsweise
- Du bist eine teamfähige, loyale, verschwiegene und überzeugende Persönlichkeit
- Du verfügst über sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
Even if you don't meet all the requirements, you can make up for missing knowledge with additional skills. Use the application's questions to address your motivation and show the company why you are still a good fit for the job. If you don't meet many or all of the requirements, the application will not be successful.
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
