In deiner Position als Fertigungssteuerer (m/w/d) trägst du dazu bei, dass die Fertigung unserer nanotechnologischen High-Tech Produkte, die unter anderem zum Testen von Satelliten zum Einsatz kommen, effizient und terminiert abläuft.
Was erwartet dich?
- Du steuerst und überwachst Plan- und Fertigungsaufträge unter Berücksichtigung der Materialverfügbarkeit, Fertigungskapazitäten und Terminvorgaben
- Du bist verantwortlich für die Vorbereitung, Durchführung und Überwachung der Materialdisposition von Vorserien-, Serien- und Projektbedarfen und leitest bei Bedarf Korrekturmaßnahmen ein
- Du übernimmst die Bedarfsplanung sowie Materialstammpflege in ERP-Systemen und steuerst Materialflüsse zur optimalen Kapazitätsauslastung
- Du verfolgst benötigte Fehlteile zur Herstellung von Halbfertig- und Fertigwaren und überprüfst den Produktionsfortschritt anhand von Kennzahlen
- Du arbeitest aktiv an der kontinuierlichen Verbesserung von Arbeitsabläufen mit und trägst Verantwortung für die spezifischen Fertigungssteuerungsprozesse (Einhaltung, Weiterentwicklung, etc.)

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene technische/kaufmännische Ausbildung oder ein Ingenieurs-Studium absolviert
- Du bringst erste Berufserfahrung im Bereich der Fertigungssteuerung bzw. -planung mit
- Du zeichnest dich durch eine hohe Auffassungsgabe aus und bist in der Lage, komplexe Aufgabenstellungen in Teilaufgaben zu zerlegen und abzuarbeiten
- Du arbeitest gewissenhaft, selbstständig und ergebnisorientiert
- Du bist sicher im Umgang mit ERP-Systemen sowie MS Office
- Du verfügst über sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
