Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie leiten organisatorisch und fachlich die Montageteams, die unsere Komplettlösungen in der Fördertechnik beim Kunden aufbauen
- Sie sind verantwortlich für den kompletten Montageverlauf bis zur Endabnahme durch die Kund:innen unter Berücksichtigung der kundenspezifischen Anforderungen
- Sie stimmen die Schnittstellen zwischen Abteilungen, Gewerken, Lieferanten und der Projektbetreuung ab
- Sie repräsentieren das Unternehmen im Rahmen Ihrer Aufgaben
- Sie stellen die Arbeitssicherheit auf der Baustelle sicher
- Sie disponieren eigenständig Standardmaterialien bei dem zuständigen Großhändler unter Einhaltung des Materialbudgets
- Sie bringen 80 % Reisebereitschaft mit und sind überwiegend in Deutschland jedoch auch Europaweit unterwegs

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie sind teamfähig und haben bereits Führungserfahrung im Automotiv-Umfeld mit Projekt- und Montageteams von über 10 Mitarbeitenden
- Sie verfügen über Erfahrung in der Baustellenleitung, auch organisatorisch und kennen die arbeitsrechtlichen Vorgaben
- Sie besitzen technische Kompetenz durch eine Ausbildung als Techniker:in, Meister:in oder eine gleichwertige Qualifikation
- Sie verfügen über Italienisch- und vorzugsweise Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, internationale Berufserfahrung wäre wünschenswert
- Sie haben einen routinierten Umgang mit Kund:innen und Lieferant:innen, Erfahrungen in der Kontrolle und im Bericht von Terminplänen sowie Kenntnisse in Qualitäts- und Umweltmanagementsystemen

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
