Was erwartet dich?
- Du führst die unterstellten Mitarbeiter:innen und leitest die Abteilung Rechenzentrum
- Du sorgst für die nachhaltige Weiterentwicklung der Abteilung im Rahmen der Leitungstätigkeit durch Personalführung, Qualitätsmanagement und Prozessoptimierungen
- Du übernimmst Führungsverantwortung gegenüber den unmittelbar nachgeordneten Mitarbeitern inklusive Vorschlägen zur Personalentwicklung
- Du kümmerst dich um die konzeptionelle Weiterentwicklung der Abteilung
- Du verantwortest Projektplanung und -durchführung
- Du kooperierst mit anderen Abteilungen, Bereichen und mit der Geschäftsführung und stimmst dich mit diesen ab
- Du wertest regelmäßig KPI's aus und leitest darauf Optimierungen der Prozesse ab
- Du betreibst Finanzcontrollingder Abteilung inkl. Ableitung und Herbeiführung von produktstrategischen Entwicklungen
- Du vertrittst unser Unternehmen in Verbändern, Arbeitskreisen und Gremien
- Du treibst Innovationen in der IT-Infrastruktur voran, einschließlich der Integration neuer Technologien und Best Practices, um die Effizienz und Leistung kontinuierlich zu verbessern
- Du entwickelst Strategien, um sicherzustellen, dass die IT-Infrastruktur flexibel und skalierbar ist, um den sich ändernden Anforderungen der Unternehmens gerecht zu werden
- Du Implementierst Maßnahmen zur Reduzierung des ökologischen Fußabdrucks der IT Infrastruktur, einschließlich energieeffizienter Technologien und umweltfreundlichen Betriebspraktiken
- Du entwickelst Strategien zur kontinuierlichen Optimierung der Betriebskosten, ohne dabei die Leistung oder Sicherheit der IT-Infrastruktur zu beeinträchtigen
- Du betreust die Förderung von Weiterbildungs- und Entwicklungsprogrammen für das Team, um sicherzustellen, dass Mitarbeiter über aktuelle Fähigkeiten und Kenntnisse verfügen

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Masterstudium der Informatik oder technischen Informatik, Ingenieurwissenschaft mit deutlichem Informatik-Bezug
- Du hast mindestens 5 Jahre Führungserfahrung
- Du zeigst ein hohes Maß an Eigeninitiative und ausgeprägtes analytisches Denken und Handeln sowie Einsatzfreude und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
- Du besitzt hohe Kommunikations- und Konfliktmanagement-Kompetenz
- Von Vorteil: Du hast operative Kenntnisse im Bereich DataCore, VMWare, Linux und Windowsadministration

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
