Was erwartet dich?
- Du überzeugst potenzielle Neukunden von unserer SaaS-Lösung für Supply Chain und Logistikprozesse
- Du machst unsere Sales Qualified und Inbound Leads zu zufriedenen Kunden
- Du recherchierst nach neuen Unternehmen, Multiplikatoren sowie relevanten Ansprechpersonen in unseren Zielmärkten und knüpfst erste Beziehungen
- Du greifst, um Kund:innen zu begeistern, auch mal zum Telefon und weißt, wie man positive Kundenbeziehungen aufbaut
- Du bearbeitest eingehende Anfragen zeitnah und führst die Interessenten durch die gesamte Buyer‘s Journey
- Du hast deine Sales Pipeline stetig im Blick und initiierst eigenständig Outbound-Aktivitäten, um Deine Sales-Ziele sicher zu erreichen
- Du lernst ein modernes Sales Methoden- und Toolset kennen und entwickelst Deine fachlichen Kompetenzen kontinuierlich weiter, alle Informationen, Dokumente und Aktivitäten dokumentierst Du dabei in unserem CRM-System
- Du repräsentierst unser Unternehmen und unser Produkt auf Fachveranstaltungen und Messen in der D-A-CH Region und bringst eigene Vorschläge zur Verbesserung unserer Sales-Methodik mit ein

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du verfügst über mindestens 3 Jahre B2B Vertriebserfahrungen im Software / SaaS-Umfeld, insbesondere in der Neukundenakquise / Outbound Sales
- Du bist anwendungssicher im Umgang mit CRM-Tools und verfügst über erstklassige Kommunikations- und Präsentations-Skills
- Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium oder eine Berufsausbildung im kaufmännischen- , digitalen-, Marketing- oder IT-Bereich. Fachkenntnisse in der Logistik wären ein besonderes Plus
- Du freust dich auf persönlichen Kundenkontakt und gelegentliche Geschäftsreisen
- Du sprichst Deutsch verhandlungssicher und gutes Englisch, um jegliche Kund:innengespräche zu meistern
- Du hinterfragst unsere bestehende Sales-Methodik und bringst eigene Vorschläge zur Verbesserung mit ein

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
