Software Tester/ Produktionstester-ingenieur (m/w/d)
Was erwartet Sie?
- Durchführung der Testspezifikation für unsere Softwareprodukte gemäß den ISO 25010 Kriterien und anderen relevanten Standards.
- Mitwirkung in verschiedenen Projektteams bei der Erarbeitung neuer Test-Cases anhand von Spezifikationen basierend auf Use-Cases in Zusammenarbeit mit den Entwicklern
- Automatisierung von Tests, um die Effizienz und Wiederholbarkeit der Tests zu verbessern.
- Arbeiten mit verschiedenen Anwendungsplattformen wie Windows, Android, iOS und Web-Services, um die Kompatibilität und Funktionalität unserer Software in unterschiedlichen Umgebungen zu gewährleisten.
- Aktive Mitarbeit bei der Weiterentwicklung interner Prüfvorschriften, um sicherzustellen, dass sie den aktuellen Standards und Best Practices entsprechen.
- Eigenverantwortliche Durchführung von manuellen Test-Cases. Analyse der Testergebnisse und Erstellung von Fehlerberichten
- Steigerung der Software-Qualität und Agilität durch kontinuierliche Optimierung und Automatisierung des Testens unserer Softwareprodukte
- Basistestkonzept für generellen Testerbau, mit Absicherung der Anforderungen des Kunden bezüglich Qualität und Funktionalität, erstellen
- Messbarkeit der Funktionseigenschaften und deren Metriken bestimmen und in Testspezifikationen erfassen
- Testkonzept umsetzen und in Betrieb nehmen
- Mitarbeit zur Verbesserung unserer Testmethoden am Produktionstester und der bestehenden Infrastruktur sowie Pflege der Softwareprogramme und technische Unterlagen
- Datenauswertung über Cloud Datenbank, sowie Verbesserungen der aktuellen Auswertungsmöglichkeiten
- Auswertung von Testergebnissen sowie Durchführung von Fehleranalysen und -behebungen

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Informatikstudium, bspw. der Technischen Informatik oder vergleichbare Ausbildung mit Qualifikationen im Bereich Softwareentwicklung
- Grundlagen der Elektrotechnik oder Mess- und Regelungstechnik bspw. im Rahmen einer Ausbildung
- Ein ausgeprägtes Qualitätsbewusstsein und ein Auge für Ästhetik und Effizienz.
- Technisches Verständnis, ergebnisorientiertes und strukturiertes Arbeiten sowie Engagement und Teamarbeit zählen zu Ihren Stärken.
- Kenntnisse und Erfahrung in der Testautomatisierung.
- Programmiererfahrung oder Testerfahrung von Programmen in modernen Programmiersprachen
- Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse und der deutschen Sprache in Wort und Schrift.
- Erfahrung im Projektmanagement bzw. Führung in Projekten
- Kenntnisse/ Erfahrungen im Bereich Cybersecurity sind wünschenswert.
- Einschlägige Berufserfahrung im Bereich der Software-Qualitätssicherung wäre von Vorteil.

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
Even if you don't meet all the requirements, you can make up for missing knowledge with additional skills. Use the application's questions to address your motivation and show the company why you are still a good fit for the job. If you don't meet many or all of the requirements, the application will not be successful.
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
