Disponent für Fertigung und Auftragsplanung (m/w/d)
Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie stellen eine optimale Materialverfügbarkeit für die Montage sicher, einschließlich der Klärung von Lieferterminen, deren Überwachung und Eskalation im Bedarfsfall
- Sie disponieren selbstständig und bestellen Serienmaterialien mit Hilfe unseres ERP-Systems (Infra:NET)
- Sie erstellen Fertigungsaufträge unter Berücksichtigung vorhandener Kapazitäten und Kundenterminen
- Sie führen Verfügbarkeitsprüfungen zu Kundenaufträgen durch
- Sie stimmen interne Liefermengen und Liefertermine ab
- Sie planen Kapazitäten in Abstimmung mit den Fachabteilungen bzw. der Montageleitung
- Sie sind verantwortlich für die Bedarfsplanung und das Bestandsmanagement unter Quality, Cost und Delivery – Aspekten (QCD)
- Sie ermitteln, pflegen und überwachen Dispositionsparameter im Push- und Pull- Prinzip
- Sie entwickeln die Warenwirtschaftsprozesse weiter und optimieren diese
- Sie erstellen Statistiken und Auswertungen (u.a. Forecasts, Reichweitenermittlung, Durchlaufzeiten, etc.) und sind Key User für den Bereich Materialwirtschaft/ Disposition

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie haben eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung zum Industriekaufmann (m/w/d) oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung/ Kenntnisse
- Sie haben idealerweise eine Weiterbildung im Fachbereich Materialwirtschaft bzw. Disposition absolviert
- Sie verfügen über Berufserfahrung in der Materialdisposition, Montageplanung oder in einer vergleichbaren Tätigkeit in einem produzierenden Unternehmen (Montage)
- Sie haben Kenntnisse von Push/Pull Systemen und Kanban (Lean Production)
- Sie sind sicher im Umgang mit MS Office und ERP-Systemen, insbesondere Materialwirtschaft (Wunsch: SAP/ InfraNet)
- Sie arbeiten prozessorientiert, sind zahlenaffin, methodisch und analytisch
- Sie haben den Willen zur Gestaltung, arbeiten eigenverantwortlich und sind kommunikativ
- Sie verfügen über gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Sie haben eine gesunde Hands On Mentalität

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
Even if you don't meet all the requirements, you can make up for missing knowledge with additional skills. Use the application's questions to address your motivation and show the company why you are still a good fit for the job. If you don't meet many or all of the requirements, the application will not be successful.
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
What do I have to consider if German is not my mother tongue?
Please take into account the job’s language requirements and make sure the requirements match your skills. In the job search you can use the language filter to find jobs without German language requirements. It is also helpful to provide language certificates.
