Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie verantworten die Erstellung von Jahresabschlüssen (HGB) und Steuererklärungen für Mandanten unterschiedlicher Rechtsformen und nutzen hierfür souverän DATEV.
- Als zentrale Ansprechperson betreuen Sie Ihre Mandanten proaktiv und übernehmen die Kommunikation mit Finanzämtern und Sozialversicherungsträgern.
- Sie agieren als fachliche Schnittstelle für die Finanz- und Lohnbuchhaltung und beraten Ihre Kolleg:innen bei steuerlichen Fragestellungen.
- Zusätzlich wirken Sie bei der Erstellung und Prüfung von Finanz- und Lohnbuchhaltungen mit und unterstützen das Team im operativen Tagesgeschäft.

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie haben eine Ausbildung zum Steuerfachangestellten (m/w/d) mit Weiterbildung zum Steuerfachwirt (m/w/d) oder ein vergleichbares Studium erfolgreich abgeschlossen.
- Sie bringen mindestens 1-3 Jahre relevante Berufserfahrung aus einer Steuerabteilung mit, idealerweise aus dem Kanzleiumfeld.
- In der Erstellung von Jahresabschlüssen nach HGB und Steuererklärungen sind Sie sicher und bringen gute Anwenderkenntnisse in DATEV mit.
- Sie arbeiten gerne im Team und überzeugen durch Ihre kommunikative Art im direkten Austausch mit Mandantinnen und Mandanten.
- Ihre Deutschkenntnisse sind auf verhandlungssicherem Niveau (C1) in Wort und Schrift.

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.

Please take into account the job’s language requirements and make sure the requirements match your skills.
