Unser Unternehmen wurde 2013 gegründet und ist ein sehr schnell wachsendes Unternehmen im industriellen Onlinedruck mit inzwischen 130 Mitarbeitern. Unsere Druckweiterverarbeitung verarbeitet pro Tag mehrere Tonnen Papier zu Broschüren, Foldern und Flyern. Unsere Produktionsmitarbeiter *innen und unser moderner Maschinenpark ermöglichen eine erstklassige Qualität unserer Produkte.
Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie bedienen und überwachen selbständig eine HORIZON Broschürenheftmaschinen, HORIZON Falzmaschinen oder POLAR Schneidemaschinen
- Sie richten Maschinen mithilfe unseres ERP-Systems über ein Display ein, die Aufträge werden automatisch nach Eingabe in das ERP eingespielt, danach nehmen Sie Anpassungen vor
- Sie rüsten die Maschinen und Anlagen mit den unterschiedlichen Papierformaten
- Sie entnehmen die fertigen Produkte und packen diese in Graukartons
- Sie labeln die Graukartons zur Weitergabe an den Versand

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie haben vorzugsweise eine Ausbildung in einem technischen Beruf, idealerweise als Industriebuchbinder (m/w/d) oder mindestens 2 Jahre einschlägige Berufserfahrung in einem vergleichbaren Tätigkeitsfeld, einschließlich als Produktionshelfer (m/w/d)
- Sie haben Erfahrung als Maschinen- und Anlagenführer (m/w/d) im Umgang mit vergleichbaren Maschinen und Anlagen, vorzugsweise aus der Druckindustrie oder der Papierverarbeitung
- Sie sind teamfähig, belastbar, pünktlich und flexibel einsetzbar
- Sie sind bereit zur Arbeit im 3-Schicht-System
- Sie bringen Deutschkenntnisse in B2-Niveau mit

Mit der Briefumschlagfertigung vom Blatt wurde ein weiterer Zweig aufgebaut. Wir legen Wert auf kurze Rüstzeiten, hohe Produktivität, erstklassige Qualität und Termintreue. Um dies zu erreichen, setzen wir auf motivierte und qualifizierte Mitarbeiter und einen durchdachten, effektiven, gut organisierten und stabilen Produktionsablauf. Täglich werden mindestens 24 Tonnen Papier für unsere Produktion angeliefert und über eine Million Produkte für etwa 400 Kunden verlassen unser Unternehmen. Damit sind wir der drittgrößte Papierabnehmer im Raum Berlin.

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
Even if you don't meet all the requirements, you can make up for missing knowledge with additional skills. What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least.
