Was erwartet dich?
- Du identifizierst und akquirierst neue Geschäftspartner, beobachtest den Markt und Wettbewerber und entwickelst die Vertriebsstrategie in enger Zusammenarbeit mit der Vertriebsleitung
- Du organisierst eigenverantwortlich deine Termine, dabei ist dir die Unterstützung von dem Vertriebsinnendienst und anderen Fachbereichen sicher
- Du verhandelst Rahmenverträge und bist für die Umsatzplanung zuständig, zudem überwachst die neuen Geschäftspartnerverträge und stellst die Einhaltung derer sicher
- Du kommunizierst mit unseren Partner:innen, um ihre Bedürfnisse und Anforderungen zu verstehen und sicherzustellen, dass sie erfüllt werden
- Du bist die persönliche Ansprechperson bei Produktfragen und Reklamationen in deinem Vertriebsgebiet
- Du arbeitest eng mit dem Vertriebsteam zusammen, damit wir gemeinschaftlich unsere Planziele erreichen

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast Talent für den Vertrieb und für die technische Beratung, zudem bringst du idealerweise bereits Erfahrung in der Photovoltaik-Branche mit
- Du setzt deine definierten Strategien und Konzepte konsequent um und erreichst so persönliche und Unternehmensziele
- Du bist versiert in Kommunikation und führst eigenständig und eigenverantwortlich Verhandlungen durch
- Du bewegst dich routiniert mit modernen Arbeitsmittel und arbeitest dich zügig in neue Software ein
- Du arbeitest gerne sowohl selbstständig als auch im Team und bringst eine hohe Reisebereitschaft in Deutschland mit, dafür besitzt du einen Führerschein der Klasse B
- Du bringst hohes Engagement und Qualitätsbewusstsein sowie Loyalität mit und überzeugst durch ein seriöses Auftreten und ein gepflegtes Erscheinungsbild
- Du sprichst verhandlungssicher Deutsch und Englisch

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
