Was erwartet dich?
- Du hast die Softwarelizenzen unserer Bestandskunden im Blick und kümmerst dich um mögliche Korrekturen. Diese fallen z.B. an, wenn ein Unternehmen wächst und neue User für das ERP-Systems benötigt
- Mögliche Änderungen des Lizenzstatus stimmst du eng mit den jeweiligen Ansprechpersonen sowie der SAP ab und leitest alles Nötige in die Wege
- Unsere Kunden sind überzeugt und es steht ein Renewal an: Du erneuerst Verträge, verschickst Angebote und überwachst den gesamten Prozess
- Gemeinsam mit uns verfolgst du einen persönlichen Beratungsansatz und bist nah am Menschen, um Bedarfe frühzeitig erkennen zu können
- Deine Teamleiterin Carina freut sich auf Ideen, wenn es darum geht, das Daily Doing im CSM zu optimieren (z.B. Account Pläne, regelmäßige Meetings, Mailings, Webinare etc.)
- Zudem behaltet ihr wichtige CSM-Kennzahlen im Blick (z.B. NPS, Renewal Rate, Churn Rate …). Dadurch zeigt ihr, dass eure Erfolge nicht nur auf einem Gefühl beruhen. Ihr könnt Maßnahmen ergreifen, um eine langfristige und vertrauensvolle Zusammenarbeit mit unseren Unternehmenskunden zu sicher

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du bist fit darin, Softwarelizenzen zu verwalten und zu kontrollieren.
- Bestenfalls konntest du bereits Erfahrung im Lizenzmanagement bei einem Anbieter von ERP-Systemen sammeln.
- Dein CV zeigt, dass du mindestens drei Jahre im B2B Umfeld gearbeitet und einen kaufmännischen Hintergrund hast (Studium z.B. BWL/VWL oder eine kaufmännische Ausbildung)
- Zudem interessierst du dich für CSM-Themen und möchtest entsprechende Prozesse etablieren
- Du kannst hartnäckig sein, wenn Bestellungen reklamiert werden müssen. Sollte sich dieser Prozess einmal über einen längeren Zeitraum hinziehen, bleibst du dran. Deine gute Struktur hilft dir dabei, To-Dos nicht zu vergessen.
- Du kannst gut mit Zahlen umgehen und bist ein Fan von Genauigkeit.

No, companies can only see the applications they have received.
Can I also contact the company's contact person directly?
Personal contact is possible via chat as soon as you have been invited for an interview. Before that, you will receive all important status changes by e-mail. If you have any questions, you can contact your personal Candidate Manager:in from Workwise.
I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
Even if you don't meet all the requirements, you can make up for missing knowledge with additional skills. Use the application's questions to address your motivation and show the company why you are still a good fit for the job. If you don't meet many or all of the requirements, the application will not be successful.
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.

Please take into account the job’s language requirements and make sure the requirements match your skills.
