Was erwartet dich?
- Du übernimmst die strategische Entwicklung und Durchführung von zielgruppenrelevanten Social Media Kampagnen und erstellst Social Media Strategien auf Basis der Unternehmensziele
- Du erstellst strategische Online Kommunikationskonzepte für
Bestandsmarken und New Business-Projekte - Du bist für die Konzeption, Planung und Abwicklung von Online Marketing- und Social-Media-Maßnahmen sowie die ganzheitliche Betreuung der Social-Media-Kanäle, wie Facebook oder Instagram inkl. Monitoring und KPI-Analysen zuständig
- Du verantwortest die Themenrecherche, die Erstellung und Umsetzung von Redaktionsplänen, das Community Management sowie die Beantwortung von Endverbraucherfragen inkl. Reklamationsmanagement
- Du entwickelst und implementierst markenspezifische Social Brand
Books, planst und betreust Social-Media Spots und sorgst für den Auf- und Ausbau der Influencer Relations in Zusammenarbeit mit externen Agenturen - Du planst und verwirklichst Influencer-Kooperationen und -Samplings, organisierst und führst Produkttests durch, pflegst das Produkttesterportal und dokumentierst alle Maßnahmen inkl. der Ableitung von Handlungsempfehlungen
- Du unterstützt uns bei dem Amazon Marketplace Management, der kontinuierlichen Markt- und Wettbewerbsbeobachtung, der Budgetkontrolle sowie der Koordination und dem Briefing externer Dienstleister und Agenturen

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung zum Online-Marketing Manager (m/w/d), ein abgeschlossenes Studium in Kommunikationswissenschaften oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Du konntest mindestens 2 Jahre Berufserfahrungen in einer vergleichbaren Position sowie einschlägige Erfahrung im Projektmanagement sammeln
- Du bringst Erfahrung im Management von Social-Media-Plattformen und den bekannten Accounts und gute Kenntnisse in Canvas und Projektmanagementtools wie z.B. Asana oder Mondays mit
- Du besitzt gute Kenntnisse im Umgang mit Windows und MS Office sowie idealerweise erste Erfahrungen in der Influencer und Blogger Szene
- Du zeichnest dich durch eine sorgfältige, strukturierte und selbständige Arbeitsweise, Teamfähigkeit, Belastbarkeit und Flexibilität aus
- Du überzeugst durch ein hohes Maß an Sozialkompetenz, gepflegten Umgangsformen, Eigenmotivation, Engagement, Eigenverantwortlichkeit und Zuverlässigkeit sowie sehr gute Kommunikations- und Kontaktfähigkeit
- Du verfügst über fließende Deutsch- und konversationssichere Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
