Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie kalkulieren Preise und Angebote und sorgen für einen wirtschaftlichen Wareneinsatz
- Sie zeigen ein hohes Maß an aktiver und praktischer Leistungsbereitschaft und sind bereit, bei Bedarf auch am Wochenende und in den Abendstunden zu arbeiten
- Sie führen die Barkasse und den Wechselgeldbestand, erstellen den Monatsabschluss und wirken aktiv beim Jahresabschluss mit
- Sie überprüfen und optimieren Arbeitsabläufe sowie andere betriebliche Prozesse und erstellen Personalbedarfspläne für einen bedarfsgerechten Einsatz der Mitarbeiter:innen (Urlaubs- und Dienstplanung)
- Sie wirken bei der Planung und Umsetzung von Neubauten, Erweiterungen und Instandhaltungen unserer gastronomischen Einrichtungen mit, führen, befähigen und motivieren die Ihnen unterstellten Mitarbeiter:innen und sind verantwortlich für die innovative und zielgruppengerechte Weiterentwicklung des gastronomischen Portfolios
- Sie sind verantwortlich für die Überwachung der Personalkosten und die Einhaltung gesetzlicher Vorgaben und Richtlinien (bspw. HACCP-Konzept, DGE-Vorgaben, Arbeitsschutz, Arbeitszeitgesetze)

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie haben eine Ausbildung im gastronomischen Bereich, vorzugsweise als Koch/Köchin (m/w/d) und verfügen über zusätzliche betriebswirtschaftliche Qualifikationen
- Sie zeichnen sich durch Durchsetzungsvermögen, Einsatzbereitschaft, hohe Belastbarkeit, gutes mündliches und schriftliches Ausdrucksvermögen sowie Kommunikationsstärke aus
- Sie haben Erfahrung im Führen und Anleiten von Mitarbeitenden, besitzen hohe soziale Kompetenz und Empathie
- Sie verfügen über sehr gute EDV-Kenntnisse für Dienstplanung und Projektmanagement, eine hohe Zahlenaffinität sowie betriebswirtschaftliches Denken und Organisationsgeschick
- Sie sind bereit, Verantwortung zu übernehmen

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least.
