Die Interne Revision ist die zentrale Prüfungsfunktion unserer Volksbank und führt auf Basis eines risikoorientierten Prüfungsplanes Revisionsprüfungen in allen Bereichen der Bank durch. Darüber hinaus ist die Interne Revision beratend, insbesondere zu aufsichtsrechtlichen Themen, tätig und begleitet die wesentlichen Projekte der Bank.
Das sind Ihre Aufgaben als Revisor (m/w/d):
- Risikoorientierte Revisionsprüfungen planen Sie und führen diese selbstständig durch
- Sie erstellen Revisionsberichte, stimmen diese mit dem Management der geprüften Einheiten ab und überwachen die Mängelbeseitigung
- Sie begleiten wesentliche Projekte der Volksbank
- Sie agieren als Ansprechperson für interne und externe Anfragen zu revisionsspezifischen und (aufsichts-)rechtlichen Fragestellungen
- Durch eigene Ideen bringen Sie sich aktiv in die Weiterentwicklung der Revisionsfunktion ein

Folgendes Profil bringen Sie für diese Stelle mit:
- Sie verfügen über eine abgeschlossene Bankausbildung und haben sich darüber hinaus fachspezifisch weitergebildet
- Alternativ haben Sie ein betriebswirtschaftliches Studium abgeschlossen
- Sie haben praktische Erfahrungen im Bereich der Internen oder Externen Revision und idealerweise Fachwissen in einem oder mehreren der folgenden Prüfungsgebiete: Kreditgeschäft, WPHG-Geschäft, Gesamtbanksteuerung, Handelsgeschäfte
- Sie arbeiten sich durch Ihre technische Affinität schnell in neue IT-Systeme ein oder kennen sich bereits in gängigen Bankanwendungen wie agree21 und Microsoft 365 (vor allem Word, Excel, Outlook) aus
- Sie sind offen für neue Themen und Herausforderungen, arbeiten gerne im Team, sind kontaktfreudig und gehen offen auf interne und externe Ansprechpersonen zu
- Sie agieren in herausfordernden Situationen ruhig sowie lösungsorientiert und vertreten dabei überzeugend Ihre eigenen Standpunkte

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
