- Du steuerst eigenverantwortlich anspruchsvolle Projekte der Verkehrs- und Infrastrukturplanung, von der ersten Vorplanung über die Genehmigungsphase bis hin zur finalen Ausschreibung.
- Als technische:r Expert:in entwickelst und optimierst du komplexe Verkehrsnetze und erarbeitest im Team innovative sowie wirtschaftliche Lösungen für unsere Kund:innen.
- Du bist die zentrale Ansprechperson für Auftraggeber:innen sowie Behörden und koordinierst die Zusammenarbeit mit allen internen und externen Projektbeteiligten.
- Du übernimmst die Verantwortung für das Projektcontrolling, überwachst Budgets sowie Termine und stellst die hohe Qualität der Planungsergebnisse sicher.

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Dein Fundament ist ein abgeschlossenes Studium im Bauingenieurwesen oder einem vergleichbaren Bereich.
- Du bringst mindestens zwei Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Planung von Verkehrs- und Infrastrukturprojekten mit und hast idealerweise bereits erste Projektleitungsaufgaben übernommen.
- Du arbeitest ergebnisorientiert, denkst wirtschaftlich und zeichnest dich durch dein Kostenbewusstsein sowie dein Geschick im Umgang mit Kund:innen aus.
- Als engagierte und kommunikationsstarke Persönlichkeit arbeitest du gerne im Team und bist bereit, für Projekte auch mal mobil zu sein.
- Du sprichst fließend Deutsch und bringst gute Englischkenntnisse für die internationale Zusammenarbeit mit.

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
