Lohn- & Gehaltsabrechner für Ausbildungsakademie (m/w/d)
Was erwartet dich?
- Du unterstützt fachlich die betriebliche Ausbildungsakademie und übernimmst die zentrale Ausbildungsfunktion, einschließlich der Vermittlung von Themen wie Einführung in die Lohn- und Gehaltsabrechnung, Lohnsteuer- und Sozialversicherungsrecht sowie das System der Sozialversicherung in Deutschland
- Du planst, bereitest vor und führst themenspezifischen Unterricht durch, gestaltest die Lerninhalte lebendig und praxisnah, konzipierst und erstellst geeignete Präsentationen und reflektierst die Lernschritte mit den Auszubildenden
- Du vermittelst eine sichere Anwendung der DATEV Lohnabrechnung in Theorie und Praxis
- Du übernimmst die Lohn- und Gehaltsabrechnung für unsere Mandanten über DATEV Lohn und Gehalt, führst das monatliche und jährliche Meldewesen sowie Lohnsteueranmeldungen durch
- Du pflegst Stammdaten und führst das Bescheinigungswesen
- Du begleitest Sozialversicherungs- und Lohnsteuerprüfungen
- Du unterstützt unsere Mandanten bei der Optimierung ihrer Gehaltsmodelle

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Steuerfachangestellten, zertifizierten Entgeltabrechner, Sozialversicherungsangestellten (m/w/d) oder ein vergleichbares Studium im Bereich Lohn- und Gehalt mit entsprechender Praxiserfahrung
- Du verfügst über mehrjährige Berufserfahrung, gerne auch erste Unterrichtserfahrung
- Du bringst sehr gute fachliche Kenntnisse im Bereich DATEV Lohn- und Gehalt, DATEV-Kenntnisse, IT-Affinität mit
- Du hast ein Verständnis für technische Abläufe sowie die Bereitschaft zur konsequenten Digitalisierung unserer Prozesse
- Du brennst für die Ausbildung junger Menschen, besitzt pädagogische Eignung und didaktische Qualifikation und arbeitest strukturiert, selbständig und teamorientiert

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
