Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie sind als Projektleiter (m/w/d) für die Projektleitung/-steuerung von genehmigungspflichtigen Bauprojekten im Hochbau am Köln Bonn Airport gemäß Projektauftrag verantwortlich
- Sie haben keine Scheu vor der selbstständigen Durchführung von Planungs- und Bauleistungen für Neu- und Umbauten und verantworten die HOAI-Leistungsphasen 1 bis 8
- Sie bewegen sich sicher bei der Führung von projektbezogenen Verhandlungen mit beauftragten Planer:innen und Fremdfirmen bis hin zum Vertragsabschluss und koordinieren als externe:r Planer:in, Fach- und Sondergutachter:in sowie Baufirmen, sind das Gesicht des Flughafens und erste Ansprechperson mit dem nötigen Fingerspitzengefühl und Durchsetzungsvermögen

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie bringen ein abgeschlossenes Fach- bzw. Hochschulstudium (Dipl.-Ing./Master) in Architektur oder Bauingenieurwesen mit Fachrichtung Hochbau mit
- Sie verfügen über ein gutes betriebswirtschaftliches Grundwissen, Erfahrung in der Projektsteuerung und im Projektmanagement sowie Kenntnisse der einschlägigen gesetzlichen / baurechtlichen Regelungen, Richtlinien und Verordnungen

Wir sind einer der wichtigsten Verkehrsflughäfen in Deutschland, sowohl im Passagierverkehr als auch in der Fracht. 2022 nutzen rund 8,8 Millionen Passagiere den Airport. Jedes Jahr werden mehr als 120 Ziele in Europa und darüber hinaus angeflogen. What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
