Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie leiten Elektromontagen/Inbetriebnahmen in der Industrie und sind verantwortlich für die Planung und Durchführung des Personal-, Material- und Geräteeinsatzes unter Berücksichtigung der vertraglichen, technischen und betriebswirtschaftlichen Notwendigkeiten
- Sie legen Montageabläufe fest, planen und überwachen Termine, führen fachlich die Mitarbeitenden und Nachunternehmer:innen, und sind zuständig für Qualitäts-, Leistungs- und Terminkontrollen
- Sie führen selbstständig den Baustellenschriftverkehr und sind verantwortlich für die Durchführung von I/O Tests inklusive Businbetriebnahme sowie messtechnische und elektrotechnische Abnahmen
- Sie gewährleisten die Einhaltung der Arbeitssicherheitsvorschriften

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie verfügen über mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der EMSR-Technik und Kenntnisse der gültigen Regelwerke (VDE, etc.)
- Sie haben eine abgeschlossene technische Berufsausbildung
- Grundkenntnisse in Software-Anwendungen wie Siemens SIMATIC Step7, WinCC/flex, TIA Portal und Kenntnisse einer SPS-Steuerung sind von Vorteil
- Sie zeichnen sich durch Teamfähigkeit, gute Kommunikationskompetenz und hohe Kundenorientierung aus und arbeiten selbständig sowie eigenverantwortlich
- Sie sind reisebereit, besitzen einen Führerschein der Klasse 3/B und verfügen über gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse (mind. B2-Niveau)

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
Even if you don't meet all the requirements, you can make up for missing knowledge with additional skills. If you don't meet many or all of the requirements, the application will not be successful.
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
