Was erwartet dich?
- Du schaffst durch das zuverlässige Management unserer IT-Infrastruktur die Basis für unser weiteres Wachstum
- Du kümmerst Dich um die Installation, den Betrieb sowie die Überwachung der gesamten IT-Infrastruktur für derzeit ca. 60 Kolleg:innen
- Du verantwortest insbesondere den Betrieb des Rechenzentrums für Hardware-Systeme mit 20 Servern, Storage-Systemen und Netzwerkkomponenten von Marktführern wie Fujitsu, HP, Sophos, QNAP, Brocade, Netgear
- Du stellst den sicherheitskonformen Betrieb von Backup-Systemen, Security Appliance und Netzwerkzugängen nach ISO 27001 sicher
- Du managst die Arbeitsplätze mit unseren hauseigenen Produkten der Scout und eLux
- Du verwaltest Netzwerk-Komponenten mit dedizierten Netzwerken mit LAN-/WLAN-Netzen, Druckern, Scannern
- Du übernimmst das Management unserer Virtualisierungsumgebung auf Basis von VMware vSphere und Proxmox

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du besitzt ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der Informatik / Elektrotechnik / Systemintegration oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung, etwa zum Fachinformatiker (m/w/d)
- Du hast bereits mehrere Jahre Berufserfahrung im Bereich IT-Systemadministration, insbesondere mit der Installationen und Konfiguration von IT-Hardware und Softwareverteilung
- Idealerweise hast Du bereits Cloud-Ressourcen administriert und Erfahrung mit Thin Clients sowie Microsoft 365
- Du besitzt ausgeprägte Systemkenntnisse (Windows und Linux) sowie Erfahrung in der Administration von Servern und Storage-Systemen
- Du bist geübt im Umgang mit VMware, Active Directory, Exchange
- Du zeichnest Dich durch eine serviceorientierte, operative und strategische Arbeitsweise aus
- Deine analytischen und konzeptionellen Fähigkeiten helfen Dir, Dich selbständig in neue Themen einzuarbeiten und Lösungen zu erarbeiten
- Du besitzt sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse, sowie gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
