Zur Verstärkung der bestehenden Leitung im Bereich Z C - Informationstechnologie, Telekommunikation und Medientechnik - mit Schwerpunkt Netzwerk, Server und Projektleitung suchen wir einen engagierten Teamleiter (m/w/d), der unsere bestehende Führungsebene verstärkt und maßgeblich zur Weiterentwicklung unseres IT-Bereichs beiträgt. In dieser Position übernehmen Sie die Verantwortung für unsere Netzwerk-, Server- und Projektteams, koordinieren IT-Projekte und stimmen sich intensiv mit verschiedenen Fachbereichen am Bundesgerichtshof sowie externen Dienstleistern ab. Als erfahrene Führungspersönlichkeit leiten Sie nicht nur Teams, sondern fördern auch den fachlichen Austausch und coachen unsere Mitarbeiter:innen, um die IT-Infrastruktur kontinuierlich zu verbessern.
Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie koordinieren und leiten IT-Projekte in enger Abstimmung mit internen Abteilungen und externen Partner:innen
- Sie sind verantwortlich für die Personaleinsatzplanung und leiten die IT-Mitarbeitenden in einzelnen Fachbereichen gemäß noch vorzunehmender Zuordnung
- Sie führen regelmäßige Teambesprechungen zum Informationsaustausch, zur Projektplanung sowie zur Unterstützung der Mitarbeitenden durch
- Sie fördern aktiv den fachlichen Austausch innerhalb der IT sowie mit anderen Fachbereichen in unserem Unternehmen und stellen eine transparente und effektive Kommunikation zwischen den Teams sowie den relevanten Fachbereichen sicher
- Sie unterstützen bei der kontinuierlichen Weiterentwicklung der IT-Infrastruktur, arbeiten bei der IT-Haushaltsmittelplanung mit und sind zuständig für die Erstellung und Pflege von Dokumentationen sowie die Konzeption, Einführung und den Betrieb von Lösungen zum Management der internen Abläufe und der IT-Infrastruktur sowie deren Komponenten

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie haben ein abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich der Informatik (z. B. Bachelor oder Diplom (FH)) oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Sie verfügen über mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Teamleitung und im Management von IT-Infrastrukturprojekten
- Sie besitzen ausgezeichnete Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit sowie hohe Sozialkompetenz
- Sie haben sehr gute Kenntnisse in Netzwerk- und Servertechnologien sowie im Projektmanagement
- Sie weisen nachweisbare Erfahrung im Umgang mit externen Dienstleistern auf
- Sie zeichnen sich durch strategisches Denken, Problemlösungsfähigkeit und Belastbarkeit aus und haben die Fähigkeit zur Planung und Umsetzung von IT-Projekten sowie Kenntnisse und Erfahrungen im Bereich der IT-Sicherheit nach BSI Grundschutz oder ISO 27001

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
