Was erwartet dich?
- Du bist verantwortlich für die wirtschaftliche und reibungslose Fertigung an den dir zugewiesenen Fertigungslinien, einschließlich der Einhaltung der Kosten-, Qualitäts- und Terminvorgaben
- Du übernimmst die fachliche und disziplinarische Führungsverantwortung der Mitarbeitenden, inklusive ihrer Führung, Entwicklung und Unterweisung sowie der Verantwortung für die Arbeitssicherheit
- Du erstellst Zielvorgaben zur Sicherung der Entwicklung und Motivation der Mitarbeitenden und unterstützt bzw. leitest teilweise technische Projekte in deinem Verantwortungsbereich
- Du sicherst die Produktivität und erarbeitest Optimierungskonzepte unter Anwendung von Lean-Management-Methoden. Zudem trägst du die Verantwortung für die technische Verfügbarkeit, die Anlagensicherheit und die Betreiberpflichten
- Du unterstützt den kontinuierlichen Verbesserungsprozess in deinem Bereich und führst Verbesserungsroutinen im Rahmen des Shopfloor-Managements durch

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene Technikerausbildung (Maschinenbau) mit fundierter und langjähriger Erfahrung, z.B. als Prozessoptimierer:in oder Prozesstechniker:in, oder in der Produktionstechnik oder einer vergleichbaren Funktion
- Du verfügst über mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Produktion (Kleinserienfertigung) oder einem entsprechenden Umfeld und hast die Fähigkeit, Mitarbeitende zu führen, zu motivieren und zu fördern
- Du bringst Führungserfahrung mit und zeichnest dich durch kritisches und systematisches Denken sowie eine selbständige und zielorientierte Arbeitsweise aus
- Du kommunizierst offen und direkt, hast einen sicheren Umgang mit MS Office und idealerweise Kenntnisse in SAP und MES-Orbis
- Du besitzt Team-, Kommunikations- und Organisationsfähigkeit, Durchsetzungsstärke, hohes Engagement und soziale Kompetenz sowie gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Du bist bereit zu Schicht-, Mehr- und Wochenendarbeit

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least.
